Right next to Chitose railroad station making it a very easy trip from the airport.

Breakfast was fine, but average. Electronic check-in didn’t work for me. But staff was friendly when engaged.

Very close and convenient to the chitose train station. Nice clean room and complimentary breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor was nice. Very professional and accommodating staff

I was originally given a non-smoking room that was clearly smelling of cigarettes at first (however staff were able to help me find a true non-smoking room very quickly). The Onsen is not open late which was a let down as I came around 930 and it closed at 10pm. The staff while friendly and helpful are not English fluent (though we were able to communicate well with translator apps).

Great location; easy to get to Sapporo, Otaru, and to the airport for an 8am flight. Wonderful views from the outdoor bath on the top floor. Amazing lounge. Fantastic bookstore / library next door!

Even though I thought I booked a bigger room, the room we ended up with was ludicrously small for our two-night stay.

- The location is very convenient as it's right next to the JR station. There are also 7-11 and family mart around.- The price we pay is pretty much what we get.- Room has all basic facilities and amenities. All are working fine, including lights, shower and AC.- Room is super clean and well organized. Suitable for hop on for 1 night only in case you have an early morning flight. This will be ideal choice.- There is a public bath where you can enjoy and relax

Bed is a bit too small for 2 persons and room size is a bit packed (but it's standard in Japan anyway so we don't really expect the larger room with this price)

It is exactly the place you are looking for when you have to stay by the airport. Has everything you need and nothing you don't. I love that it is right off the train line one stop away from the airport for a great price.

Very convenient location with free parking onsite. The 2nd floor lounge area was a welcome touch, further enhanced by the WMF coffee/tea machines. If JR Inns keep this general standard and reasonable room rates, it will become our choice in future (like the Dormy Inns, Sotetsu, Daiwa).

The indoor-only public baths were a tad small imho.

Easy and convenient to go to the Sapporo New Chitose Airport. Comfy bedrooms

No bottles of drinking water available in the bedroom. I expected this should have been a common practice for 3-star hotel.

The room was clean and modern. It was, however, a typical Japanese hotel and was fairly cramped. All in all, it was ok for the one night we stayed and was convenient, just wish there was access from both sides of double bed (wakes partner if you get up.

Just the double bed only having access from one side. Otherwise, was better than expected and perfectly adequate for their niche. Was certainly clean and convenient.

The location is so perfect for our early flight. Only less than one minute walk from train station.Room is clean, bed is comfy. There are additional pillows in lobby for you to have a great night sleep.

Great location to stay before a flight out from the airport. Train is two stops to the airport. About 10 minutes. Also buss options.

No gym or sauna. Fairly small rooms.

We spent one night here on our way back from our Hokkaido trip. As always JR Inn hotels meet every expectation and offer great value at an affordable price. We were also able to book a taxi with the help from the hotel for our trip to the airport next morning. It would be helpful also if they let customers know about airport schedules. E.g. the international check-in does no open until 6:30.

Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was right behind the hotel, next to JR Chitose station, walking distance to AEON mall, very convenient location.

Didn’t realise there were pillow options. The one provided in the room was rather flat.

Clean and comfy room. bed was comfortable, we had a good sleep. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Sound proofing is good. Their lounge has coffee machine and comics, nice place to chill. Just next to jr train station, makes it very convenient. Will definitely come back here again.

Hotel was spotless, great location for travel and staff were extremely helpful.
